	Yorkshire coble fishing boat birthday cake. The Yorkshire coble is a clinker built wooden boat of very distinctive shape, and each one was built by eye to suit the customers requirements. As this rich whisky fruit cake was for a retired fisherman it was vital that Bryony correctly replicated the unusual features of this particular coble, 'Better Hope'. In addition to accurately replicating the particular boat, we incorporated the fisherman's seagoing Dalmatian dog for a final touch!

	A delicious multi coloured sponge cake forms the basis of this astonishing Warhammer™ birthday cake for a very lucky 10 year old who was ecstatic when the cake was unveiled!

	Yes it is a cake! 'Batman: The Animated Series'™ inspired cake featuring the famous characters from the series including Poison Ivy, Mr. Freeze, Two Face, The Joker, Penguin, Harlequin and more. Underneath the stunning exterior a sumptuous blueberry and chocolate cake.

	Scott Collier is a multi Championship winning Junior Drag bike racer with a very distinctive riding style as befits such a successful rider. This triple chocolate cake represents Scott on his new for 2011 machine with it's difficult to represent black flames on black background paintwork! Needless to say Scott was amazed and it was nearly a week before he could be persuaded to cut the cake!

	A special sponge cake for a man who knows his Series 1 Land Rovers. His particular favourite is the pickup version, as depicted in this cake created specially for Lee in Corsham, Wiltshire.
